A unified asset registry — from building structure to IT equipment
AssetPro is the facility and equipment asset management module of ArchiPM-Nexus. It manages the full lifecycle of both architectural elements (walls, roof, chimney, structural components) and technical equipment (heating, cooling, water supply, sanitary, IT systems) in a single, central database. Every asset carries its manufacturing and technical documentation, depreciation data and maintenance history — so the operational, financial and technical reality of each asset lives in one place, not scattered across separate systems.

The Problem

Asset Data Sheet — QR Code & Accounting Sync
Every registered asset automatically receives a QR code that any process can be built on — on-site scanning, work-order opening, inventory checks or documentation access. Asset categories can be synchronized from the ERP system based on the accounting rule: fixed asset, current asset or inventory. This way the book value, depreciation and accounting classification are tracked for every asset.
