Background
Financial operations connected to the operational reality
FinanceFlow is the financial-management module of ArchiPM-Nexus — an operational-accounting bridge. It handles budget planning, billing preparation, expense tracking, cash-flow monitoring and financial reporting, integrating with (not duplicating) your existing accounting system. The module is ERP-integrable and supports multiple cost-calculation modes — lump sum, no cost calculation, fixed cost, and labor + material cost. Cost centers, cost budgets and cost types are managed within the module, and a REST API synchronizes financial data with external systems. FinanceFlow connects financial operations to the operational reality recorded in the other modules — so a work order's cost, a lease's rent and a meter's consumption all flow into the same financial picture.

The Problem

Cost-calculation modes are inconsistent — one team uses lump sum, another uses labor + material, and nobody knows which applies where.
ERP synchronization is manual or one-way, so financial data is always a month behind reality.
Cost centers and types are managed in the ERP, not in the operational system — so reporting requires a data export.
Invoicing is disconnected from lease and consumption data, so bills are generated manually.
Cash-flow visibility is retrospective — there is no forward-looking view of commitments and obligations.

Every work order links to a concrete asset. The tangible asset registry holds the classification (fixed/current), accessory flag, organizational assignment and activation date — QR-coded for on-site scanning.
