Background
Parking spaces as governed, rentable assets
SpotTrack is the parking-space management module of ArchiPM-Nexus. It manages self-managed parking and garage spaces, supports both short and long-term rental, and classifies spaces hierarchically with labels — guest, common, special, dedicated. Each space is a governed, rentable asset connected to the same lease framework as TenantTrack, so a parking spot can be leased, billed and tracked with the same contract logic as an office floor.

The Problem
Parking is managed on a whiteboard at the reception desk — and the billing never matches the assignments.
Parking assignments are tracked on a whiteboard or spreadsheet that nobody updates.
Billing for rented spaces is calculated manually and does not match who actually parks where.
Guest and dedicated spaces are not distinguished, so visitors take reserved spots.
No status tracking means out-of-service spaces are assigned by mistake.
Parking leases are separate from real-estate leases, so the contract framework is duplicated.
No reporting on occupancy or utilization — management has no idea how full the lot actually is.

Parking spaces are shown per level and zone, color-coded by real-time status (where a proper integration is in place) — free, occupied, reserved, out of service. Every space is labeled: guest, common, special or dedicated. Selecting a space opens its lease data sheet: tenant, contract (TenantTrack synced), fee and expiry — so parking is leased and billed in the same framework as office space.
